I will dispatch your order in the next 2-3 workdays. Monday to Friday. Orders set on Friday afternoon, weekend or national holidays will be shipped next upcoming workdays.

I can offer two types of shipping, standard shipping with Slovenian postal service and EXPRESS DHL shipping.

All parcels will be shipped with tracking and priority. When the parcel arrives at the destination country it will usually be delivered with the national postal service. You can check the tracking with the Slovenian postal service https://sledenje.posta.si/ or at your national postal service tracking site.

All items have a predefined shipping weight and postage will be calculated automatically in your shopping basket. For most common countries we offer standard and express shipping. I do suggest to select DHL express shipping.

Returns: If the item is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged I accept returns within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Sometimes the expectations of buyers are higher than it can be made possible so the same goes as for the rest of the products that I sell. If the item is unused and undamaged I will accept return in 14 days. Please contact me before sending it so that we can arrange the details.

Shipping time for standard shipping varies from country to country and very much depend on your national postal service as they are exported the same day from Slovenia. I can only guarantee best shipping times with DHL Express.

Delivering to address outside of the EU can have an additional cost as taxes and import duties. You should check this before ordering with your customs.
